Here is an example of all three meals in a day following the brat diet, 

Breakfast –

Lunch –

Dinner – 

  1. Applesauce
  2. A banana

A) Brat Toast:- 

  1. Take 2-3 pieces of bread.
  2. Toast them till they turn golden brown.

B) Rice Porridge:-

  1. Add 1 cup of washed rice and 4 cups of water to a saucepan.
  2. Add 1/4th tablespoon of salt.
  3. Boil it over high heat for a while.
  4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer. Stir once in a while till the mixture has a tender consistency. Preferably for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Serve it hot with some honey.

C) Applesauce:- 

  1. Add some chopped apples, water, and sugar to a saucepan.
  2. Cook it over medium heat. 
  3. Stir it occasionally till the apples are soft and broken down.
  4. Remove the pan from heat and pour the mixture into a bowl.
  5. Mash the apples with a fork.
  6. Add some lemon juice and it’s ready to be served.
